Mike and Bluepper: Ep. 50

We made it to 50 episodes! I wanted to celebrate the golden milestone of The Mike Janela Show with a very special guest, so I called on the guy with whom I’ve created the most content in my career: Bluepper!

That would be Seth Foster, the producer/director/technical director of my old show Padres Social Hour. We put out almost 150 hours worth of shows together, so this episode was a perfect chance to have a reunion, talk about his new life in Seattle, and relive our San Diego glory days.

Bluepper doesn’t want anyone finding him on social media, but you can of course follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.

Phillies beat writer Matt Gelb: Ep. 49

He grew up 30 miles from Philadelphia and now covers the Phillies for the city’s two main papers. Matt Gelb talks about life on the beat, taking a year off to cover crimes and courts, and picks the second-best Phillies player of all-time.

Check Matt out on Twitter, and at Philly.com. And of course you can follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.
