Homeless Minor Leaguer Matt Paré: Ep. 42

Homeless Minor Leaguer

Matt Paré is in his fifth season as a San Francisco Giants prospect, but is quickly gaining fame for his hilarious videos and blogs documenting minor league life. The Homeless Minor Leaguer’s creations have tackled everything from athlete romance to having nowhere to live to the best offseason jobs for ballplayers. In my latest podcast, he explains balancing content with career, just how poor minor leaguers really are, and how the Giants actually encourage his side hustle.

You can find all of Matt’s work at HomelessMinorLeaguer.com, plus check out his video uploads on YouTube. Make sure to also follow him on Twitter and Facebook. Of course you can also follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat at “mikejanela.”

I’m legitimately undecided on who to root for in this year’s Super Bowl. So I called up two superfans of the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons, who argued why I should jump on their bandwagon. Find out who I picked!

If you want to know more about Falcons fan Bryan’s incredible Instagram account, listen to his first appearance on my show. And here’s the Headstrong charity Stephanie mentioned, if you’d like to donate or find out more. Of course you can follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat at “mikejanela.”
